Refund policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Music items must be unopened to qualify for a return or exchange.
Process

Contact us HERE to begin the return or exchange process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Save tracking information for your return package. If the return does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. After inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange.

If the condition of the returned item does not meet the criteria, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 60 days of delivery by contacting us HERE. Include clear photos of the issue.

Slight cosmetic imperfections, such as minor creases or dings, on vinyl or packaging are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Items damaged after receipt (e.g., due to washing or wear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized products (e.g., signed or personalized items).

Opened or damaged music items

Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.
EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
